    By using our Platforms, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

  2. Accounts
    You may create an account for faster checkout and access to services.
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

  3. Availability
    We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime. We may update or discontinue any service or feature without notice.

  4. Rules of Use
    Users agree:
    • Not to attempt unauthorized access to any system
    • Not to disrupt site operations or security
    • Not to engage in unlawful or harmful activity

    You agree to indemnify CompetentSee, LLC for claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

  10. Governing Law and Arbitration
    These Terms are governed by Utah law.
    Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah.
    You waive the right to jury trials and class actions.

  1. General Provisions
    • No employment or partnership relationship is created
    • Assignment requires written consent
    • Invalid terms do not affect the remaining provisions
    • Electronic communications satisfy legal notice requirements

  2. Subscription and Cancellation Policy
    You may cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
    After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable.
    Monthly plans are 12-month agreements.

  3. Refund Policy
    Physical products must be returned within 30 days in like-new condition.
    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
    Refunds are processed after inspection.

• Digital products once accessed
• Online courses once accessed
• Subscriptions or memberships after 24 hours
• Donations
